Shaping the Self
Welcome to Clayfulness, where clay supports embodiment and invites self-exploration.

About
The Clayfulness Story
Clayfulness Studio was founded by Bettina Stevanovic, a somatic clay therapist and former academic with a PhD in psychology.
"My journey with clay began as a hobby while I was working as a lecturer at university. Clay invited me to step out of my head and experience a more embodied way of being. Over time, my personal clay practice evolved into a professional calling and I opened Wheelfulness Studio, offering mindfulness-based pottery wheel classes.
The seed for Clayfulness was planted as I was freely shaping the clay with children who were too young to use the pottery wheel. I became increasingly interested in the therapeutic potential of freeform claywork and its symbolic language. This led me to train in Clay Field therapy, sensorimotor art therapy, and symbol-based psychotherapy.
Today, through Clayfulness, I offer an integrative approach that brings together somatic therapy, intuitive sculpting, and psychodynamic reflection."
