About

The Clayfulness Story

"With a background in psychology, my aim has always been to explore the therapeutic potential of working with clay. Clayfulness came to me after some time I had been already immersed in clay through Wheelfulness, offering mindfulness-based pottery wheel classes. I discovered the joy of freeform claywork through children who were too young to use the wheel. As I created with those children, I was invited into a different world. A world of intuitive sculpting, imagination, and playfulness. A world where I connected with my own inner child. I developed clayfulness therapy with the intention to offer adults a similar experience, where they can slow down, wonder, and discover parts of themselves that are quietly waiting to be seen." Unfold your healing journey

The Clayful Way

Embodied mindfulness, expressive playfulness, and insight through psychodynamic reflection.

Calm

Clayfulness sessions begin with a guided sequence of hands-on clay meditation to help you settle into your body and deepen your somatic awareness.

Create

From this relaxed and receptive space, you’re invited to shape the clay intuitively, creating abstract or figural forms that emerge organically through your hands.

Connect

To support integration, you will be guided to engage with your clay creation through a psychodynamic process that involves active imagination and journaling.

Group Sessions

Held in small groups, with no more than six participants, these sessions offer a therapeutic experience, enriched by meaningful connections and co-created insight.
