The Clayfulness course runs over seven weeks and offers a gently deepening journey into somatic awareness and psychodynamic exploration. Through guided clay meditations, intuitive sculpting, and reflective journaling, each session supports you to sink into your body and listen to its symbolic language.

Half-Day Retreat

The Clayfulness half-day retreat invites you to a 3.5-hour ceremonial session to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. Through somatic claywork and symbolic reflection, you’ll explore embodied mindfulness and creative insight in a small-group setting.
